Youthy Glamour is not responsible for malfunctions of batteries in any way. Customer use batteries at their own risk. Always have cover on when operating so that you are protected in case battery ever malfunctions.If you are operating for long periods of time and notice them getting hot, turn the device off immediately to stop the possible risk of the batteries over heating and exploding.

Batteries are a good quality product and we have never know this issue to arise, however we would like to keep this from happening by warning our customers about the dangers of excessive use.

Youthy Glamours will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Youthy Glamour’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Wire Transfer
Wire transfers are not directly handled on our web site. To pay using wire transfer, please e-mail [email protected] your list of items, billing name, billing address, and phone number. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Our bank information will be supplied to you by email.

Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Youthy Glamour order number must be noted on the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of the funds to your transaction.

Shipping Policies
Youthy Glamour ships with UPS and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

For shipping, sometimes we will make exceptions for customers outside of our shipping zones, please contact us for more information.

A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt.
To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.

“Drop-Ship” sometimes, items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you.

Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

Orders shipping to certain areas require additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or deliverable, Youthy Glamour reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the deliverable packages or merchandise to us.
